Universitätsassistenz (post-doc) / Assistenz-Professur (tenure track) im Bereich Klinische Psychologie und Gesundheitspsychologie (m/w/d) Im Rahmen des internationalen, englischsprachigen Studiengangs für Psychologie kommt eine Stelle als Wissenschaftliche*r Mitarbeiter*in im Ausmaß von 100% zur Besetzung. Die Anstellung erfolgt zunächst als Universitätsassistent*in (post-doc) und soll nach dem ersten Jahr in eine Laufbahnstelle mit Qualifizierungsvereinbarung (tenure track) übergeführt werden. Bewerbungen sind bis zum 31. Mai 2024 möglich für den Eintritt im Juli 2024. Das Dienstverhältnis ist auf 6 Jahre befristet.
Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind in den Lehr- und Forschungsbetrieb der Sigmund Freud Universität eingebunden. Ihre Aufgabenbereiche umfassen:
Die universitäre, englischsprachige Lehre im Bereich klinische Psychologie, Gesundheitspsychologie und/oder psychologische Diagnostik im Bachelor- und Masterstudiengang Psychologie
Die Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten und die Abnahme von Abschlussprüfungen (Bachelor und Master)
Eigenständige Forschungs- und Publikationstätigkeit
Organisatorische Aufgaben in der Administration und der Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Studiengänge, insbesondere des Master-Schwerpunkts Clinical Psychology and Public Mental Health
Vertiefung der Kooperationen mit anderen Fakultäten sowie der psychologischen Universitätsambulanz der SFU
Third-Mission-Aktivitäten
Ihr Profil Nachgewiesene fachliche Expertise im Bereich klinische Psychologie und Gesundheitspsychologie und/oder psychologische Diagnostik
Einschlägige Promotion in einem der genannten Fachbereiche
Internationale Erfahrung und/oder Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit internationalen Studierenden
Forschungserfahrung durch einschlägige Projekttätigkeit und eigenständige Publikationstätigkeit
Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse auf (nahezu) muttersprachlichem Niveau
Offenheit für den Dialog mit internationalen Partner-Organisationen

At the Faculty of Psychology at our location in the centre of Vienna we are looking for a committed research assistant as
University Assistant (post-doc) / Assistant Professor (tenure track) in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology (m/f/d) As part of the international, English degree program in psychology, a researcher position is available (100%). The appointment is initially at university assistant level (post-doc) and is supposed to transition into an assistant professor appointment after the first year (tenure track, based on a qualification agreement). Applications are welcome until May 15, 2024 for starting in July 2024. This is a fixed-term position for six years.
Your tasks You will be part of the teaching and research activities of Sigmund Freud University. Your responsibilities include:
Academic teaching in English in clinical psychology, health psychology and/or psychological diagnostics in the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in psychology
Supervision and assessment of final theses (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
Independent research and publication activities
Organizational tasks in the administration and development of the international degree programs in psychology, especially in the Master’s emphasis Clinical Psychology and Public Mental Health
Further development of existing collaborations with other faculties and the SFU psychological outpatient clinic
Third mission activities
Your profile Demonstrated expertise in the field of clinical psychology and health psychology and/or psychological diagnostics
A relevant doctoral degree in one of the above-mentioned fields
International experience and/or experience in working with international students
Research experience in relevant project work and independent publication activity
Excellent English skills at (near) native speaker level
Openness to work with international partner organizations
