In this role you will be working as a senior specialist in the Group Remuneration &
Reporting department, that is part of the Group People &
Culture division.
Your Tasks Being responsible for overall group remuneration including variable remuneration, incentive schemes, goal setting and monitoring, performance evaluation, reporting, and employee share program
Being part of (or lead) an agile team running the annual bonus process including budget analysis and supporting the end-to-end process
The role is perfect for you, when you like data-modelling exercises, calculation of scenarios and analysis of remuneration related data
What you'll bring with you:
Experience in the field of HR in general, specifically collective agreements and standard HR processes such as salary bands, collective bargaining agreements, bonus models, salary increases, etc.
Experience in variable remuneration and goal setting, reporting and controlling
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data analysis, basic payroll knowledge is an advantage
You are proactive, have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy working with people
Analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills
Very good communication skills on all levels of the organizational hierarchy
Fluent in English and German

The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 43.554,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
