To drive forward the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as a Software Quality Manager (m/f/d) in an agile environment Join our Release Management team in the Social Security business area in a full-time position working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions This will be your job You are responsible for the technical management of the test teams You support the teams to improve and further develop the existing test automation If necessary, you also support our customers with their product launches through accompanying test measures You accompany the operational quality assurance in the release and take over QA tasks in this context You are responsible for the further development of test concepts and the test strategy You initiate and support change processes You take over the overall coordination and planning of non-functional requirements (performance, usability, etc.) and accompany them You are responsible for monitoring quality indicators and initiating improvements This is what we want You have an IT degree or several years of professional experience in the IT environment You have already gained experience in quality assurance within a software development process and in setting up test automation Ideally, you have already gained test management experience You quickly familiarize yourself with new IT applications and tools Knowledge of agile methods (e.G.
