The HIS Institute for Higher Education Development is a research-based, independent competence center sponsored by the 16 federal states. It supports universities, research centers and ministries throughout Germany by providing specialist and process consulting as well as basic studies and know-how transfer. Thanks to its many years of recognized expertise in the scientific environment, it has stable and trusting working relationships with all business partners. We are looking for an immediate IT specialist as IT system administrator / coordinator (m/f/d) (E11 TV-L) for the ongoing technical support of our digital systems and their strategic development with regard to current technology trends as well as to support our 68 employees in application issues, in particular MS Office 365. At the interface with our external IT service providers, you will plan and design the alignment of our IT components for cloud-based working and implement them cooperatively. Internally, you will be responsible for the solution-oriented setup, configuration and administration of our hardware and software as well as license management. Your profile:
A degree in (business) informatics or training in the IT sector with initial professional experience relevant knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Microsoft 365 Cloud (e.G. Teams, Exchange, Intune) Experience with the administration of user accounts, access rights and directory services ((Azure)Active Directory) Knowledge in the administration of Windows clients and servers Coordination of license management Implementation of IT guidelines Expertise and practical experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 Experience in user support (1st and 2nd level support) Solution-oriented way of working and strong service orientation Your perspective:
