WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR In the Data Processing department at our head office in Kassel, we are looking to fill the position of HEAD (m/f/d) OF THE FUNCTIONAL AREA APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SOCIAL SERVICES (102.1) to be filled. The functional area is responsible for the development and support of self-developed software to support the performance of tasks by our employees (m/f/d). Management of the functional area Strategic planning of new and further development of software Comprehensive project planning for social services application development at LWV and ANLEI-Service GmbH customers Ensuring the necessary financial, personnel and organizational framework conditions for successful software development Managing the LWV's contractors in the area of software development Customer support and central contact person for departments of the LWV in the data processing department Head of the overarching SOZABIS working group (social services accounting and information system) We require:
Completed technical/university studies in business informatics, administrative informatics, social informatics, administrative sciences, a comparable field of study or a comparable qualification with several years of practice in a management position (area management, project management) in the IT sector We expect the following from you:
