Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Proven track record of at least 2 years in product management, preferably in a technical or software development environment. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud technologies, and related concepts. Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
